Outsiders21 aims to improve the direct environment of people through tailored advice by caring and careful supervision, training and coaching.
Improvements will lead to independence and take (once again) control of one’s own responsibility. The final result will be that the participants will be able to connect, with confidence, their direct and indirect environment with a goal and action-oriented image for their living, learning and working environment, which means that they can use their own responsibility to lead them towards a well functioning and independent life.
The business director’s task is to fully develop the organization (except for the content). This in co-operation with the content director.

Associate DeVeranderManagers BV
 
Next to FlexManagement b.v.’s own activities, Bert van Valburg has become an associate to DeVeranderManagers BV as from 1 August 2010.
Strengths and capabilities of both parties can be used to approach projects from a broader point of view.
Currently, two projects are being developed in which one or more associates are involved.
